I specialise in caring for cats, but I'm also happy to look after small mammals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, mice and rats. If you have another small pet, feel free to ask.

After you get in touch, we'll discuss your pet's needs and the dates you're looking to book. If I'm available, we'll arrange a complimentary meet and greet so I can get to know you and your pet, go through their routine, and answer any questions. Once you're happy to go ahead, your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Bookings
After you get in touch, we'll discuss your pet's needs and the dates you're looking to book. If I'm available, we'll arrange a complimentary meet and greet so I can get to know you and your pet, go through their routine, and answer any questions. Once you're happy to go ahead, your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Payments
Payment is due before the start of your booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. I accept bank transfer and PayPal. If you need to cancel, please refer to my cancellation policy.

Should there be a change in plans, please notify me as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued if cancelled more than 3 days before. 75% if within 48 hours, and 50% if within 24hrs.
Although this has never happened before, you will be issued a 100% refund. I can happily connect you to a different sitter I work with - subject to their availability.

What happens in an emergency?

Before the start of each booking, an emergency phone number, as well as your vet of choice are discussed. a cat or pet carrier shall be provided in the home. In the extrmely rare event of an emergency, my pet sitter insurance will cover accidental damage to the home or vet visits. Most downpaymet of £30-£50 and inusrance covering the rest. Who carries this cost depends on circumstances: accidents caused by me, coverd by me, unpredictable illness covered by the owner. You are free to claim it through own pet insurance if you wish to.
