I specialise in caring for cats, but I'm also happy to look after small mammals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters or fish. If you have other small pets, feel free to ask. I generally do not look after dogs.

We will discuss the dates you're looking to book and your pet's needs. We'll then arrange a complimentary meet and greet to get to know your pet and their routine, and answer any questions you might have. 

If you are happy to proceed, you will be sent a form to fill in important information such as the pet's vet details and emergency contacts. You will also be sent an invoice outlining the service, costs and bank details. 

Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received. For first-time bookings, the payment can happily be split into two instalments — the first half before the sitting begins, and the remaining balance at the end.

Should there be a change in plans, please notify as quickly as possible. There are currently no cancellation fees but this is subject to change in the future. You will be receiving a full refund.

In the rare case of an emergency, and depending on the nature of the emergency, you and/or your emergency contact will be contacted and/or the pet be brought to the vet immediately. 

Insurance covers a wide range of emergencies from vet visits to accidental damage to the home. Downpayments are to be covered by the owner if the incident was not caused by the sitter.
